Insight Equity-backed Easy Way Products, a manufacturer of high-performance outdoor lifestyle furnishings, completed the acquisition of Casual Cushion, a wholesale manufacturer focused on producing outdoor cushions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic acquisition expands Easy Way’s market share, while also enhancing the company’s ability to serve different retailers and brands with expanded design and product offerings,” Jeff Parent, Insight Equity Partner.
