GTCR and Carlyle Capital-backed Resonetics completed the acquisition of Eden Manufacturing and Eden Tool Company.

GTCR and Carlyle Capital-backed Resonetics, a vertically integrated provider of advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for the medical device industry, completed the acquisition of Eden Manufacturing, a manufacturer of components for medical and surgical devices, and Eden Tool Company, a manufacturer of precision plastic injection molds. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the addition of Eden, we are enhancing our ability to deliver integrated solutions across materials and technologies.
