Synopsis
Vitol-backed VPI, a European power company, and Bluestar Energy Capital-backed Noveria Energy, a project developer, agreed to form a joint venture, to develop more than 700 MW of utility-scale battery energy storage systems in Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed.
