ENCAVIS, a producer of electricity from Renewable Energy, completed the acquisition of the 48MW Schierenberg wind farm project from ABO Energy, a developer of renewable energy projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the Schierenberg wind project, we are consistently continuing our successful partnership with ABO Energy. The fact that we are now implementing five additional projects together highlights the strategic importance of this collaboration for expanding our wind portfolio in Germany. With currently around 800 MW of installed wind capacity in Germany, we are sending a strong signal for the energy transition and sustainable power supply,” Mario Schirru, Encavis CEO.
