International Distribution Services to acquire a 49% stake in Collect+ from PayPoint for £43.9m.

International Distribution Services, a postal service and courier company, agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Collect+, a parcel service that allows to collect and send parcels at various locations, from PayPoint, a British business offering a system for paying bills, for £43.9m. The establishing of this partnership is important to the next stage of growth for Collect+ and its positioning as the leading OOH store network in the UK. As an open network, Collect+ will continue to work closely with the carrier partners with whom it has well-established relationships to support the increasing consumer adoption of OOH services across the UK.
