BNP Paribas Asset Management, Fondo Italiano D’investimento and 21 Investimenti completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ELSE Solutions.

BNP Paribas Asset Management, the private equity arm of BNP Paribas, Fondo Italiano D’investimento, a multi-asset fund manager, and 21 Investimenti, a private equity firm completed the acquisition of ELSE Solutions, a provider of products for the medical sector.
