Endesa completed the acquisition of Energia Colectiva from MasOrange for €90m.

Endesa, a Spanish electric utility company, completed the acquisition of Energia Colectiva, a Spanish energy retail business, from MasOrange, a telecom company operator, formed from the merger of MASMOVIL and Orange Spain, for €90m. “We are very pleased with the agreement reached with Endesa. This alliance will allow us to accelerate our growth with a green energy offering for our users at attractive prices, and to market our telecommunications services through Endesa's distribution channels, creating value for our customers, society, and both companies,” Meinrad Spenger, MasOrange CEO.
