Kennedy Lewis completed the acquisition of Generate Advisors from York Capital Management.

Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, a New York–based alternative investment manager with more than $31bn in assets under management, completed the acquisition of Generate Advisors, a CLO platform with over $9bn in assets under management, from York Capital Management, a global private investment firm established in 1991.
