DNA Group completed the merger with Israel Canada Hotels.

DNA Group, a company focusing on the biotechnology and medical device sectors, completed the merger with Israel Canada Hotels, hospitality and tourism arm of the Israel Canada Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. By injecting the private Israel Canada Hotels into the already listed DNA Group (a public shell controlled by the same principals, Barak Rosen and Asaf Touchmair), the group achieved an immediate listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).
