Bain Capital and SilverTree Equity-backed XTEL completed the acquisition of Perfect Category from Kantar Group.

Bain Capital and SilverTree Equity-backed XTEL, a technology company specializing in commercial execution, data management, and data science solutions, completed the acquisition of Perfect Category, a category management solutions provider, from Kantar Group, a global data, insights, and consulting company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "With the addition of Perfect Category, we move one step closer to realizing our vision of an integrated commercial execution engine.
