Eiffel Investment Group completed the acquisition of a 270 MW wind and solar portfolio of TotalEnergies for €132.5m.

Eiffel Investment Group, an independent European asset manager focused on financing corporates and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of a 270 MW wind and solar portfolio from TotalEnergies, a French multinational integrated energy and petroleum company, for €132.5m. The divestment is under TotalEnergies’ strategy to sell up to 50% of its renewables assets upon commissioning to achieve the 12% profitability goal at its Integrated Power business.
