Northbank Capital completed the acquisition of Weil's Food Processing.

Northbank Capital, a private equity firm company, completed the acquisition of Weil's Food Processing, a family-owned processor of canned vegetables. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership provides us with the capital and sector expertise needed to meet growing demand for our chilled product lines," Sarah Weil, Weil’s Food Processing Managing Director.
