New Enterprise Associates, an American venture capital firm, led a $18m Series A round in Zania, a U.S.-based startup, that develops autonomous AI agents for enterprise governance, risk, and compliance workloads, with participation from Menlo Ventures and Anthropic), Palm Drive Capital, and a syndicate of senior executives from Amazon, Airbnb, PayPal, ByteDance, Reddit, Roblox, and PwC. “Zania has experienced explosive growth in revenue and customers since we launched our first AI agents late last year.
