Amwins completed the acquisition of Applied Risk Capital.

Amwins, a distributor of specialty insurance products and services, completed the acquisition of Applied Risk Capital, a managing general agent specializing in credit insurance. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Expanding into credit insurance represents a milestone for Amwins.
