Cornell Capital-backed KDC/ONE, a provider of personal care and household products, completed the acquisition of Barony Universal, an independent filler of personal care and household aerosol products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining kdc/one marks a major milestone for Barony, giving us the scale, resources, and innovation platform to serve our customers with even greater impact.
