Wavecrest and MMV-backed RapidWorks, a software provider for heavy equipment service providers, completed the acquisition of CRO Software, a provider of software for waste management and recycling industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This next chapter of CRO with RapidWorks will help us innovate faster and bring greater value to our customers.
