Erste Group completed the acquisition of an additional 5.4% stake in Erste Plavi from Zavarovalnica Triglav.

Erste Group, a banking and financial services group, completed the acquisition of an additional 5.4% stake in Erste Plavi, a pension fund management company, from Zavarovalnica Triglav, a full-line insurance and financial group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
