Tallvine Partners-backed Velocity FBO Network, a premier North American network of fixed-base operators, completed the acquisition of the fixed-base operator assets of Havasu Air Center, a provider of services in the aviation industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Tallvine incepted Velocity with the conviction that the FBO sector is poised for long-term growth.
