New Zealand Health Group completed the acquisition of Motus Health.

New Zealand Health Group, a provider of home and community support services, disability support, rehabilitation, and other health care services, completed the acquisition of Motus Health, an allied health organization, comprised of a network of specialised health care providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. Motus’ commitment to delivering exceptional multidisciplinary care in the community will play a significant role in NZHG’s vision of bringing a range of wrap-around services, skills, technology and determination to transform people’s lives, together for good. We look forward to welcoming the Motus team into the NZHG whānau and focusing the combined efforts of the group on improving health outcomes for all New Zealanders.
