Provoke Solutions, a US-based technology services firm specializing in digital modernization and AI-enabled workflows, completed the merger with Pontis Technology, a Croatia-based artificial intelligence and software development company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. “This combination brings together two high-performing businesses into a single, scalable growth engine.
