Cathay Capital, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Powell, a French software company specializing in digital workplace and modern intranet solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Cathay Capital team approached us with a tailor-made project that addressed our challenges, drawing on their deep sector expertise in B2B software.
