GreenTop Acres completed the acquisition of United Dairy from Bontrup.

GreenTop Acres, a dairy farming company operating large-scale dairy farms in the US Midwest focused on raising dairy cattle and producing milk through integrated farm operations, completed the acquisition of United Dairy, a US dairy farming operation owning and operating multiple modern dairy farms in Indiana and Ohio, producing Grade A milk and managing related logistics to supply dairy markets, from Bontrup, a family-owned group of companies involved in raw materials, logistics, agriculture and dairy farming. Financial terms were not disclosed.
