Lovell Minnick Partners, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Valor PayTech, an innovator in point-of-sale software and payment technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Valor’s ability to innovate quickly and serve a dynamic and diverse customer base makes it a standout company in the fintech space.
