Sazerac Company completed the acquisition of Western Son Vodka and Distillery.

Sazerac Company, a privately held American alcoholic beverage company, completed the acquisition of Western Son Vodka and Distillery, an independently owned, small-batch, craft distillery. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to bring Western Son to Sazerac. The company has created a strong brand and it provides us an opportunity to continue to augment our portfolio, while also adding additional production capacity and capabilities to our network," Jake Wenz, Sazerac CEO.
