Terramont Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bull Moose Capital.

Terramont Infrastructure Partners, a middle-market focused North American infrastructure investment manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bull Moose Capital, a Canadian provider of natural gas compression solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bull Moose is very excited to partner with Terramont to execute our next phase of growth with Terramont’s experience in scaling middle-market businesses.
