Gowan completed the acquisition of Ceradis Crop Protection.

Gowan, a global family-owned agricultural solutions business, completed the acquisition of Ceradis, a Netherlands-based company specializing in the formulation, development and registration of crop protection compounds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition strengthens Gowan's long-term strategy of building a diversified, sustainable crop protection portfolio,” Rob Plaice, Gowan Global Head of R&D.
