Wynnchurch Capital completed the acquisition of Charter Industries.

Wynnchurch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Charter Industries, a provider of edgebanding and complementary products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Charter has established itself as a market leader with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.
