INVL Private Equity Fund II, IFC, and ACP-backed POLMED, a medical diagnostics services company, agreed to acquire KN Group, a privately-owned oncology centre. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both the hospital in Radom and Gamma Knife fulfil the tasks set by patients. We offer both diagnostics and comprehensive oncological treatment at the highest global level.
