VGZ to acquire health insurance portfolio of ONVZ.

VGZ, a Dutch health insurance company, agreed to acquire health insurance portfolio of ONVZ, a Dutch mutual health insurer. Financial terms are not disclosed. “With this collaboration, we are expanding our portfolio and taking further concrete steps towards accessible and affordable healthcare for everyone.
