Thoma Bravo to acquire a minority stake in SDC Capital Partners.

Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm that invests in application and infrastructure software and technology-enabled services sectors, agreed to acquire a minority stake in SDC Capital Partners, a global digital infrastructure investor.
