AEON Delight completed the acquisition of Serco Group (HK) from Serco Group.

AEON Delight, a facility management company, completed the acquisition of Serco Group (HK), the Hong Kong facilities management subsidiary of Serco, from Serco Group, a British multinational defence, health, space, justice, migration, customer services, and transport company serving government entities. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Serco Hong Kong is expected to strengthen the company's revenue base in Asia and allow it to gain operational know-how. The company also anticipates synergistic effects toward its goal of becoming "Asia's No. 1 Facility Management (FM) corporate group."
