Pennant completed the acquisition of the Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama operations of UnitedHealth and Amedisys for $146.5m.

Pennant, a holding company of independent operating subsidiaries that provide healthcare services, completed the acquisition of the Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama operations of UnitedHealth Group, a diversified health and well-being company, and Amedisys, a provider of in-home healthcare, for $146.5m. “We are pleased to welcome these exceptional teams into the Pennant family.
