Aurelius completed the acquisition of Sensus International from Xylem.

Aurelius, a private equity investor, completed the acquisition of Sensus International Metering Assets from Xylem, a water solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have been selected by Xylem to acquire Sensus International, and are looking forward to establishing the business as a standalone organisation that can continue to deliver world-class solutions in the best interest of its many customers, suppliers, and employees.
