Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP-NFS), a fund managed by CDP, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Consorzi Agrari d’Italia, an Italian company and hub for supply and distribution of agricultural products and services, for $170m. "The participation of the National Strategic Fund, along with Banca del Fucino and Quinto Giro, marks a fundamental strategic step for the strengthening of our industrial project.
