TVS Motor completed the acquisition of Engines Engineering from ACT.

TVS Motor, an Indian multinational motorcycle manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Engines Engineering, an Italian design and engineering firm, from ACT, a specialized Italian provider of automated assembly and testing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By combining the creativity and racing expertise of Engines Engineering with our engineering and design strengths, we are expanding our ability to deliver premium, connected, and electric vehicles that set new global benchmarks," Sudarshan Venu, TVS Motor Chairman.
