Granite Construction completed the acquisition of Cinderlite Trucking.

Granite Construction, a construction and construction materials company, completed the acquisition of Cinderlite Trucking, a construction materials, landscape supply, and transportation company in Carson City, Nevada. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am happy to announce the acquisition of Cinderlite.
