The Toro Company, an American company that specialises in designing, manufacturing, and marketing outdoor equipment, agreed to acquire Tornado Infrastructure Equipment, a company that specialises in the design, fabrication, and manufacturing of hydrovac trucks in North America, for CAD279.3m.
