The Toro Company completed the acquisition of Tornado Infrastructure Equipment for CAD279.3m.

The Toro Company, an American company that specialises in designing, manufacturing, and marketing outdoor equipment, completed the acquisition of Tornado Infrastructure Equipment, a company that specialises in the design, fabrication, and manufacturing of hydrovac trucks in North America, for CAD279.3m. “The addition of Tornado significantly strengthens our leadership in underground and enables The Toro Company, along with our extensive portfolio of leading construction brands, to capture a greater share of the rapidly growing infrastructure space and deliver sustained value to our shareholders.
