Brookfield backed-Centersquare completed the acquisition of 10 data centers for $1bn.

Brookfield backed-Centersquare, a provider of advanced colocation and data center facilities in North America and the UK, completed the acquisition of 10 data centers across the US and Canada for $1bn. The acquisitions expand Centersquare’s portfolio to 80 facilities, substantially increasing its capacity to support high-density computing workloads. The portfolio includes data centers in Boston and Minneapolis that Centersquare had previously operated under long-term lease agreements, as well as eight additional colocation facilities located in Dallas, Tulsa, Nashville, Raleigh, Toronto, and Montreal.
