GHK Capital Partners-backed WCB completed the acquisition of CAS Consulting & Services.

GHK Capital Partners-backed WCB, a company which provides design, environmental consulting and other specialty infrastructure services, completed the acquisition of CAS Consulting & Services, a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm specializing in water and wastewater engineering.
