Kadant completed the acquisition of Clyde Industries for $175m.

Kadant, an industrial engineering company engaged in designing and manufacturing process and material handling equipment, fluid handling systems, and automation technologies for the pulp, paper, and other process industries, completed the acquisition of Clyde Industries, a company engaged in providing boiler efficiency solutions, sootblowers, and air pollution control systems for the pulp and paper, power, and other industrial markets, for $175m. “We are pleased to welcome our colleagues from Clyde Industries to the Kadant family.
