Triple-backed SmartSearch to acquire Credas Technologies from Dye & Durham.

Triple-backed SmartSearch, provider of automated regulatory technology software, agreed to acquire Credas Technologies, a provider of identity verification solutions for the legal and property sectors, from Dye & Durham, a cloud-based software and technology solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With financial crime on the rise and fraud tactics evolving, digital identity verification is more critical than ever.
