FLEX Capital completed the acquisition of Evolit Consulting.

FLEX Capital, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Evolit Consulting, a customized software solutions provider for mobility and infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Evo IT is a prime example of a well-positioned software service company with strong technical expertise and a clear industry focus.
