G&A Partners completed the acquisition of Integrity HRM and and Covenant Services.

G&A Partners, a professional employer organization providing HR, payroll, and benefits services, completed the acquisition of Integrity HRM, a PEO specializing in HR, payroll, and risk management, and Covenant Services, a PEO offering HR outsourcing, payroll, and compliance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both firms share a client-first approach and dedication that closely mirrors our own core values, making these acquisitions a natural fit.
