Pediatrica Health Group, a pediatric primary care provider engaged in delivering preventive screenings, early detection, wellness, and behavioral health services for children and adolescents, completed the acquisition of Scarani and Taylor Pediatrics, a medical practice engaged in providing pediatric health care, preventive medicine, and wellness services for children and adolescents.
