Multiply Group and Peninsula Capital completed the acquisition of ISEM Packaging.

Multiply Group, an investment holding company that invests in and operates businesses globally, and Peninsula Capital, an international private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ISEM Packaging, an international company specializing in the creation of luxury packaging solutions.
