Titan Cloud to acquire Urgent and Techniche EV businesses of Techniche.

Titan Cloud, a Nashville-based AI-driven data platform for energy asset optimization, agreed to acquire the Urgent and Techniche EV businesses, part of Techniche, an Australia-based software provider specializing in asset maintenance and management solutions.
