Promeo Groupe, a real estate development and investment company, completed the acquisition of Accessite, a French company specializing in the management and enhancement of commercial real estate assets, from Nexity, a real estate developer and integrated services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This alliance is based on a simple balance: Promeo brings its investment power and long-term vision; Accessite retains its independence, agility and field expertise," Olivier Ganivenq, Promeo Group President.
