SYNLAB completed the acquisition of Diagnostica Riviera and Analisi Mediche Pavanello.

SYNLAB, a medical diagnostics provider with laboratory services for human and veterinary medicine, completed the acquisition of Diagnostica Riviera, an Italian healthcare provider offering diagnostic services, and Analisi Mediche Pavanello, a company that provides a range of medical services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of the Pavanello Group is an important step in consolidating our position as a regional leader in healthcare and patient care. We are evaluating the possibility of further growth with targeted initiatives to expand our network of accredited and non-accredited blood collection points throughout the Veneto region," Cesare Gallorini, SYNLAB Northeast Area Regional Director.
