Salesforce to acquire Apromore from Main Capital Partners.

Salesforce, a cloud-based software company, agreed to acquire Apromore, a developer of AI-powered process intelligence from Main Capital Partners, an investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Apromore gives customers the end-to-end visibility they need to understand how their business truly operates. As our teams integrate Apromore into Salesforce, that insight will be critical to enabling our customers to unlock opportunities to measure, optimize, and automate through agentic process automation,” Steve Fisher, Salesforce President and Chief Product Officer.
